Bono is devastated after being told that he must recuperate for 2 months after undertaking back surgery on Friday. He injured himself whilst getting in training for the US tour and Glastonbury.

The US tour will be rescheduled but the long awaited headlining of Glastonbury will be cancelled. It's not certain whether another act, such as Coldplay will take their place or Dizzie Rascal, who was preceding U2 will headline.
