As work continues on new material for the follow up to 'Falcon', The Courteeners can today announce a pair of very special hometown shows.

Following on from last year's massive show at the MEN, the band have decided to return to the more intimate surroundings of the Manchester O2 Apollo.

They will headline the legendary Manchester venue over two nights - December 8th & 9th - for a pre-Christmas blow-out.

Tickets will be available through a pre-sale at 9am on Wednesday (September 7) here

They will then go on general sale from 9am on Friday (September 9)
